- Brand plans unlock seats, campaigns, and vault tools. Credits meter AI creative drafts, Discover unlocks, video meeting months, and deep insights. Campaign take-rate is fixed per plan - we grow on subscriptions and credits, not by raising deal fees.
- Who pays for a plan?
- Brands subscribe (Free through Agency). Creators start on Creator Free; Creator Pro is optional for a lower service fee, monthly credits, and payout perks.
- What happens when I start free?
- Brands get one active campaign, one seat, and a higher platform fee. Creators join on Creator Free with full deal workflow. Upgrade anytime.
- Is there a free trial?
- Growth includes a 14-day trial, once per brand. When the trial ends, billing charges Growth or you return to Free.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. Brands upgrade or downgrade from billing. Creators upgrade to Pro from Studio. Changes apply on the next renewal unless noted in-app. Annual and monthly prices are set in the live catalogue.
- What is Agency for?
- Agencies that run client workspaces. Same 6% platform fee and full API write as Scale, with 50 seats, unlimited campaigns, and 4-hour priority support.
- What are credits?
- Each brand plan includes a monthly allowance. Creator Pro includes 40 credits a month. Optional packs cover extra metered actions. Credits are separate from escrow.
- Where do I see live prices?
- This page shows catalogue list prices, excluding VAT. After signup, billing shows the live catalogue for your wallet currency. That is what you are charged.
- Can I run campaigns and creator content in USD?
- Yes when USD wallets are enabled for your workspace. Pick the currency when you publish a distribution campaign or creator content order; escrow debits that wallet. NGN stays the default rail.
- What is always-on creator content?
- Retainer programs on Scale and Agency let you keep a monthly creator roster on escrow. PactReach spawns file-only production deals each cycle and tops up from your wallet. Pause or end the program anytime.
- What does API access include?
- Growth is billed as read (list keys, webhooks, deliveries, test pings). Scale and Agency are billed as full write. Conversion postbacks accept any valid key for that brand. Docs live under Developers.

Rights fee on production and campaigns
When you enable paid amplification or whitelisting on a campaign or production brief, add a flat rights fee (minor units) at checkout. It is held in escrow with the creator payment and shown on accept. Run Spark or Partnership Ads in your ad account after the creator grants access.
Credits
Plans include a monthly credit allowance. Metered actions spend credits on top. Pack prices below are loaded from the live catalogue for your selected currency - the same rows checkout uses after signup.
