Glossary

Creator escrow terms, defined.

Product language brands and creators use on PactReach. Each definition links to the guide that shows how it works in the product.

Creator campaign escrow

Funds held by PactReach after a creator accepts, released only when delivery verifies.

Creator campaign escrow means the brand’s deal amount moves out of their spendable wallet when a creator accepts an offer, and stays locked until PactReach verifies delivery. The brand cannot spend it elsewhere. The creator can see the hold before they shoot.

Where money sits

Verification tier

How PactReach grades a placement: API metrics, tracked links, screenshot proof, or self-declared.

Verification tiers label how PactReach confirmed a placement. API tiers use Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or YouTube post metrics. Link tiers use tracked clicks. Screenshot proof is human-reviewed and never auto-releases escrow. Self-declared figures never auto-release.

How we know it ran

Verified Outcome Passport

A creator’s verified delivery history from settled escrow deals, not self-reported stats.

The Verified Outcome Passport shows settled deal count, on-time publish rate, and dispute history from real escrow on PactReach. Brands unlock deeper outcome detail with credits. It is verified history, not pasted follower counts.

Rights fee

Optional flat fee held in escrow for paid amplification or whitelisting windows.

A rights fee is an optional flat amount added at checkout when a brand enables paid amplification or whitelisting. It is held in escrow with the creator payment and shown on accept. Spark or Partnership Ads still run in the brand’s own ad account.

Deal room

The shared workspace for creative direction, chat, drafts, video meetings, and delivery proof.

The deal room is where both sides work after accept: locked creative direction, chat, draft uploads, video meetings, publish checklist, and tracked-link text. Escrow status stays visible until verification and release.

Draft with AI

Generates creative direction from product copy. You review before publish.

Draft with AI fills key messages, tone, do/dont lists, and a caption outline from the product copy you enter. It does not invent ROAS or reach. You review every field before the campaign publishes. Credits meter each generation.
