Who we share data with

How to read this list

These are the third parties PactReach's code uses today. We do not list vendors we have not switched on. This page is not a data processing addendum.

Payments

Our payment processor - wallet top-ups, escrow float, and payouts. Card numbers are collected on their hosted checkout and do not reach PactReach servers.

Identity checks

Dojah - Nigerian BVN, NIN, and CAC lookups when you submit verification, and name screening against watchlists. A confirmed sanctions match blocks payouts.

Media

Cloudinary - images and files you upload (profile, KYC documents, deal drafts, signature marks).

Draft with AI

OpenAI - only when a brand uses Draft with AI. We send the product copy typed on that step, not KYC, tokens, or wallets. If the key is missing, the product falls back to a local draft and does not call OpenAI.

Social platforms you connect

When you connect an account we exchange tokens with that platform: Instagram and Facebook (Meta), YouTube (Google), TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and Threads. We only request the scopes described in the privacy policy.

Email, database, and hosting

Transactional email goes through the SMTP provider configured for this deployment. Account, deal, and ledger data sit in our database, cache, and job queue on the hosts that run PactReach. We do not name a cloud brand here unless that brand is a direct product integration above.

Analytics

Google Analytics 4 loads only after you accept, and only when a measurement ID is configured. See the cookie policy.
