Connect Instagram

PactReach connects Instagram with Facebook Login. Your Instagram must be a Professional (Business or Creator) account linked to a Facebook Page you admin. We do not use Instagram Login.
Why Facebook Login
Instagram insights for creator campaigns come through Meta's Graph API on the Facebook Page path. That requires a Professional Instagram account linked to a Page you manage. Switching to Instagram Login would drop capabilities brands rely on for verified performance.
Setup steps
Switch Instagram to Professional
Open Instagram → Settings and activity → Account type and tools → Switch to professional account → choose Business or Creator.
Create or claim a Facebook Page
Create a Page at facebook.com/pages/create or in Meta Business Suite. You must be an admin of the Page.
Link Instagram to the Facebook Page
Instagram → Settings → Accounts Centre / Sharing to other apps → Facebook, or Meta Business Suite → link your Instagram Professional account to the Page.
Connect Instagram in PactReach
Return to PactReach → Connect Instagram and approve the Facebook Login permissions when prompted.
Retry if connect fails
Confirm you are a Page admin and that Instagram shows as linked to that Page, then try Connect Instagram again.
If connect fails
Errors about a missing Facebook Page or a missing Instagram Professional link mean Meta could not see the prerequisite. Re-check Page admin access and the IG↔Page link, then retry Connect Instagram from Socials. The in-app error highlights the step that failed.
